Returns and Refund Policy


We allow returns 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Once the return is received at our warehouse we will process your return and then issue the refund or exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless the product is faulty. You must return your item with its original packaging.  You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. If goods are faulty we will assist you with free replacement and no need to return them. Go to our Warranty Claim Page and we will help you with a free replacement.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you to make a claim or provide a replacement product dependent on the problem. Go to This Page to get help with damaged goods.

How To Return An Item

1. Please go to our Return Page to request a refund or exchange.

2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) depending on where you live.

3. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us as instructed.

4. The refund, excluding the delivery cost, will be issued once we have handled your return. The handling time is up to 10 business days after being received at the warehouse but is usually handled quicker than 10 business days.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service.


We allow free shipping when you wish to exchange your purchase for another item. Go to our Exchange Page to request an exchange.  

Additional Fees

If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a product at a lower value, we will refund the difference.
